By accessing or using our Website and completing a team registration for the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Website or signing up for the Event.

Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding with your registration.

Music Cafe (“we,” “us,” “our”) reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking these Terms periodically for any updates.

2. Event Registration

By signing up for the Touchies Event through our Website, you agree to the following:

• You are registering your team for participation in the Event.
• Payment through the Website is required to confirm your team’s spot in the Event.
• All participants must adhere to the Event rules and guidelines, which will be provided prior to the Event.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Registration and Payment Process

To sign your team up for the Touchies Event, you will need to complete the registration form and payment process through our checkout page. Once payment is received, you will receive an email confirming your team’s registration for the Event. This confirmation signifies our acceptance of your registration and forms a binding contract subject to these Terms.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments through Yoco and other credit/debit card processors. Payments must be made at the time of registration. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

3.3 Currency

All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices displayed on the Website are in Rand unless otherwise specified.

3.4 Pricing

The total registration fee for the Event will be clearly indicated during the signup process. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect registrations that have already been confirmed.

3.5 Taxes

Prices listed do not include applicable taxes (e.g., VAT), which will be calculated during the checkout process if applicable.

3.6 Registration Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any registration due to unforeseen circumstances, Event cancellation, or other factors beyond our control. If your registration is canceled by us, we will refund the registration fee.

4. No Refund Policy

4.1 Event Registrations

All registrations for the Touchies Event are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By completing your team’s registration, you acknowledge that the payment is non-refundable. This policy applies to all team cancellations, no-shows, or changes in team availability.

4.2 Exceptional Circumstances

In the rare event of Event cancellation or significant changes to the Event by us, we will provide notice and may offer alternatives such as credit toward future events or other appropriate remedies.

5. Event Participation

5.1 Team Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring that all team members comply with the rules and guidelines provided for the Event.
• Teams must arrive at the Event venue on time, with all necessary equipment or attire specified in the Event guidelines.

5.2 Changes to the Event

We reserve the right to make changes to the Event schedule, venue, or format due to weather, safety concerns, or other factors. You will be notified of any significant changes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and Event-related materials, is the property of Music Cafe or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content without prior written consent from Music Cafe.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Music Cafe and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your participation in the Event
• Any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the Event
• Your inability to attend or participate in the Event
• The use or inability to use the Website or registration platform
• Any other circumstances beyond our control

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website, Event services, and all products provided by Music Cafe are offered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Event will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.
